The expansion of supported systems has fallen by the wayside somewhat. The main goal was to perfect multilingual support. Our tests in this regard were consistently successful, and we expect only a few problems.
The tool can be integrated into Paperless 100% and should also work without any problems in other DMS (document management systems).

Please also note the information in the video on emails from old PHP systems. This behavior occurs, for example, at Amazon and health insurance companies such as AOK.
Although the emails are converted correctly, the layout and appearance sometimes suffer greatly as a result. According to AI analysis, these are “Stone Age email formats in which the email contains an entire website” 😂
At this point, there is no better solution. These old systems will be updated at some point – we will not be doing anything more in this area.
Virtual business cards are recognized and processed in both formats (VCF and CSV). The CSV format for spreadsheet imports is recognized separately and processed accordingly.
The layouts have been standardized and the LOG files revised.
