Create and delete a Google App Password – and what else you should know
You can only set up a Google App Password if two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled. This is a mandatory requirement.

Procedure:
– Select the Google account you want to use
– Open Google Account Management
– Click on “Security and sign-in”
– Select “2FA” (must be set up and activated, otherwise it will not work)
– Scroll down to “App Passwords”
– Here you can create and delete App Passwords
Important note:
The App Password is shown only once when it is created. After that, it cannot be displayed again.
Make sure to write it down or save it in a secure place while it is shown.
If you forget the App Password, you must delete it and create a new one.
