Lucky Miner BitaxeOS 2.6.5 flschen ?

Does work on the Lucky Miner BitaxeOS 2.6.5 on LV06? Until now, Bitaxe firmware 2.1.8 was the last version running on the Lucky Miner LV06.

Is that correct or can I update?

The answer is yes and no.
In this video, I use two LV06 miners to show you whether AxeOS 2.6.5 is running or not. You can find out the details in the video.

Miner 1

The first miner is the same one that was used in the article “Unbrick Lucky-/Bitaxe Miner“.
This was flashed with the Bitaxe AxeOS Factory Default and then updated to AxeOS 2.6.5.
As you can see in the video, this miner has been running for a few days without any problems.

Miner 2

The second LV06 miner is in its original state and was only converted from Lucky Miner OS to Bitaxe OS 2.1.8 by flashing the “esp-miner.bin”.

AxeOS 2.6.5 does not run on this miner.
You can recognize this in the dashboard by the current/watt display, which is shown as 0V.

Here you will find the current firmware versions and the archive with older firmware versions. Of course, you can also see what has been improved in the firmware and which bugs have been fixed.

Conclusion

The difference between the two miners is obvious:
The second miner was not flashed with the Bitaxe OS 2.6.5 factory default.

At the moment this has not yet been finally confirmed, but I will “unbrick” the second miner. After that I can make a clear statement.

Until then, I cannot guarantee that it will work for you – I am always a little suspicious of the Lucky Miner.
